Position Summary
We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to maintain the integrity and performance of our software ecosystem. Working under the guidance of senior technical staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing system issues, streamlining backend processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal users and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide comprehensive support for software applications, identifying functional gaps and proposing strategic enhancements.
- Full-Stack Oversight: Monitor and maintain both front-end interfaces and back-end architectures to ensure consistent operational stability.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Interface with developers, end-users, and stakeholders to gather feedback and optimize application throughput.
- Deployment Management: Oversee code migration across development, testing, and production environments to maintain version synchronization.
- Incident Analysis: Conduct deep-dive investigations into application errors to identify root causes; escalate high-priority risks to senior leadership as required.
- Change Management: Maintain rigorous logs of system configurations and coordinate the rollout of scheduled software updates and patches.
- Performance Tracking: Document operational workflows and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure system health.
- User Assistance: Act as a technical point of contact for colleagues and clients, resolving front-end usability issues and providing functional guidance.
