HR Executive / Recruiter

Job Description: We are looking for skilled HR professionals to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and manage the full recruitment cycle. The successful candidates will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations, as well as sourcing and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs. These roles require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

HR Executive Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all paperwork is organized and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in HR roles and/or recruiting/talent acquisition roles.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices (for HR Executive role).
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent (for Recruiter role).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS implementation and management (for HR Executive role).
  • Experience in technical recruiting or niche industries (for Recruiter role).
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
